Processing Shipping and Delivery

How We Do It

Processing time to make the creations:

Single item: 1 - 7 working days
Multiple items: 7 - 14 working days

Processing time to make custom bows:

7 - 14 working days

Custom made bows can only be shipped in a big box.

Once the ordered items have been created, they will be packaged in high quality boxes

and handed over to PostNL within 1 - 3 working days.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays due customs.

All packages will be send out with a trackering code.
We ship word wide with PostNL.

Non personalised items

Items should be returned within 30 days
Buyer is responsible for the return postage costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in original condition

Care Instructions And Size Table

For bandanas. bows, ties except custom made bows. We recommend hand washing.

However all creations except custom made bows can be washed on a cool 30 degree

Wash in pillow case or wash bag. Dry flat and do not iron directly on patches.
